I like Guesty for this and some othe things. Even the less than tech savvy cleaners have done fine with me sending a link to my Guesty calendar. A lot of ppl like Turnover BNB, but I never got it to sync correctly.

It honestly hasn't come up as much as I thought it would. When it comes up, I push the slow months..the times where I wasn't going to make a million dollars anyway. If they book at other times, I tell em I'll work with their budget. Also, as a fellow traveler in the people pleasing realm, I highly recommend the book Codependent No More by Melodi Beattie.

Your reviews will be your feedback on cleaning. Good cleaners understand that and work hard to get you 5 star cleaning reviews. When you find a good one, take good care of them.

Virtual Staff Finder is a similar screening service for V.A.s. I learned of this on the Get Paid for Your Pad podcast. They have been using this service for years.

You definitely want to find a good Spreadsheet Analysis Tool to run your numbers to cut out a lot of the guesswork. Sure you can find on on here with a search. Also, Data tools like STR Insights, AirDNA, Pricelabs Dashboard, Rabbu, Enemy Method.

Write down all the tasks you do related to your business. Decide the ones you love vs hate doing. If you love a certain task, but it's a $10 / hr task...decide if you really love it, or you're just comfortable with it. I'm a weirdo that loves housepainting, but I have a harder time doing that and making 10,000 / hr than I do by meeting the right connection / finding the next property. You can use Loom for screensharing videos. Look for examples on Youtube.
