Thank you for replying! My biggest concern was my other team members (not really the brokerage) would think that i'm trying to push away from the team. I'm going to check out that website right now.

Awesome. My biggest concern would be with me real estate name (not so much the brokerage). I wouldn't want the team that I am a part of to believe that i'm pushing myself away from them when that is not the case.

I enjoy content writing and I wanted to begin branding myself as soon as I become an agent. I want to write blogs involving real estate that caters to several crowds of people. Would it be wrong for me to make a separate website showcasing myself as an agent with a built in blog? I obviously am going to include my brokerage and team logo on the website as well. I don't want to come off making as a traitor to the team I represent.

Yeah but there was a surge (pump) in the market for quite some time this year. All time highs and pumps are never good, that's why we have a big dump. Small, long term gains are healthy gains

@Elise Bickel Tauber I met with Dionne and Stephanie a week or 2 ago and I felt very comfortable talking to them. I'm extremely excited to join RealtyONE in the coming future and i'm also excited to make connections with other agents in western PA like yourself! I'd love to keep in touch.

Thank you for reaching out and I wish you luck on a very successful closing of 2018!

If there are any recommendations for exam prep and preparation for the real world of real estate in general I would greatly appreciate hearing them. I love learning as much as I can so any books, online articles, etc that you recommend would be a big benefit to building my knowledge. The exam prep is for Pennsylvania
