@Kanchi Ji I joined a handful of local investor facebook groups and one of them has a monthly meetup. If none of the groups near you have a publicly listed meetup you could post in some of the groups and ask about meetups.

@Bridget Kelly thanks for the response! I appreciate the advice. I'm attending my first in person event next week and I'll go armed with this approach. I'll try to get the criteria of any investors that I connect with. Haha and I'm sure deals are disappearing left and right in this market.

@Tim Herman The hits don't stop! Great advise. I appreciate the response. My relative has a budget to paint and put down new flooring before moving renters in. The next big expense will be the roof. I'll advise them to build a reserve in the first year before pulling spending money.

Hi everybody! I'm a new agent in South Jersey and have a desire to work with investors. I love analyzing deals and running comps. I'm looking for some practical advise about adding value for an investor. What skills do i need to hone? What's the best way to meet investors?
