Yes they offer what they call a tanker it’s for a few hours one class and that’s it rest is on your own studying with the compucram tool

I need help passing my real estate exam... I’m located in a Arizona do they have a tutor of some sort that can help? Or is all just self studying?

Everyone wants financial independence but the Big question is...

Is it better to leverage for cash flow? Or is it better to pay off a house before buying another one? Both get you to the same goal at the end but which is better? And why?
