We spoke awhile ago but my STR is almost ready to rent for the upcoming season it is a 2bd 1.5bth and I liked your idea of renting it out monthly for the busy months (DEC-MAR) how much does a 2bd fully furnished usually go for monthly on those busy months?

I want to get into wholesaling I’m located in Phoenix any suggestions on where to go? Or how to start? I feel like I need to shadow someone to see how everything work. Does any one have advice?
