Hi! Question for the BP superstars. Looking at a property in the city of Miami, an REO. There is a lien on the property against the former owner (prior to the foreclosure) which is from another property he owns and has open permits, violations from 6 years ago. If I go ahead with the purchase I am stuck with this lien and can't correct it as its based on another property I have no access to etc. I spoke with the city and they said, post purchase (meaning if I buy it) I can request a special consideration to remove the lien as I have no connection to it BUT there is no guarantee. Any experience with this? Ideas? Thoughts? Prayers? Thanks! (This is in the City of Miami and is a City of Miami Code Violation/Lien)

@Jacques Wurms I know its been some time but I am curious if you were able to work out a solution on the meter issue. I am looking at a property that fits this description exactly. Were you able to figure out a solution? Did FPL charge? The city? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hey All- I look at long term hold style deals that are fed to me through MLS, Foreclosure Websites and referrals. I am looking for software that can simply track my leads to make sure I don't drop the ball and give me quick access to data on the deal. I do NOT need it to tell me what my ROI will be etc. I just want it to track the pertinent details of the address, status of my working the lead etc. I have looked at http://www.myreipro.com and I like it in general but I dont like or need all the additional Hoopla. In addition they dont have an app. Thanks all.
