Hi BP Friends, 

I have been steadily growing my BRRRR business and I am in the need of an accountant whom can help me set things up correctly from the get go and understands real estate, bookkeeping and strategies for mitigating tax nightmares. I am in Miami, FL and I am looking for some recommendations. My portfolio is currently less than 5 properties but we are growing at avg. 1 a month. Looking for this accountant to be sensitive to the small size of the business and be looking to grow together with us. Loyalty is key. Thanks for any tips!

Remember that most banks also have a seasoning requirement of sometimes 12 months or more. So you may need to also find alternate methods of financing to pull out your cash even after you hit 143%. Good Luck!
