First of all, I am a landlord as I have a few properties in Nashville and Brentwood. Second, I am a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway. We have a relocation team that focuses on new people moving to Nashville and greater Nashville area and I have personally helped many Californians make the journey to Middle Tennessee.

I am at the very beginning stages. Where can I find some good floor plans, what is the process for new builds. I can go on and on with so many questions lol... basically anything that will help me.

Hello Nashville BP, 

Can anyone help me or guide me with the process of new construction? I have secured a property under contract in a very desirable neighborhood in Nashville. I would like to demolish the current house and build two either attached or detached HPR's on it. This will be the first of many for me, hopefully.

If anyone has experience doing this and would like to discuss, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Ken, I am a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway in Nashville and Brentwood. I say that because I have vendors that I work with. For your situation, I recommend Dilgesh Abraham. He's a great painter who has done several projects for us, highly recommended. Message me for his contact info as I couldn't put it on here.
