I am looking to build a business relationship with private money lenders and equity investors.

I plan on buying rental properties to hold on to. I would like to get to know you better

@Kevin McGuirey look at this as an advantage. You can appear poorer in paper for federal tax purposes. Donald Trump does that

I was thinking that if i could put in the work to find good deals, then I could bring these deals to angel investors and they can buy the property and I split profits with them.

What do you think of my strategy?

Wholesale for a bit. Then get some rental properties. Then get more properties until I get to a million in cash flow. #Wealthmindset2019
