You can probably get some aggressive financing from the local banks as well.

Hi Ann and welcome. While I came here almost my accident, I think I may hang around and possibly even go back to school. Real estate seems to be a happening field and with the growth our area is undergoing it certainly is to become a mega metropolis soon that needs some folks all trained up in the business.

Interestingly around here over a life time I have to date never heard a complaint about price paid by hwy construction. I have seen some that would not see period and then court forced them to sell and even they later still agonizing did agree at least they got far more than the property was worth. Same for the dam victums as well from corp of engineers. I suppose this stuff varies state to state. We are about to get 2 major access hwy's built here now and folks are trying to buy the land up they are hoping they go throught.

Property values here are about to skyrocket regardless.

Well your happy and I am tickled pink. I will also update you on the mansion as it is going to sell and just a matter of whom buys it first it seems at this point. I assume some one will be locking it up today or tomorrow.

Paul the putative accuracy of the representation could not have been as accuratly stated with a lesser word. Please do not take that as me being any generally gramatically correct person however as my colliquialism non political correctness and plain spokeness with garbled words generally interfer with my sweat lovable me from ever getting to be known :violin: ... In reality its my defense shield and strainer that I use to seperate the wheat from the chaff and I always think if I have a personality conflict with person at the beginning, then I want to severe ties then and not later. I know this cannot work so well in bottomless offerings but when you are at capacity always on the product and service you can offer, its nice to be selective as to whom else you can work with.

I sure need to continue to clean this mess up I have made. Little did I know the difference in professional people on this board and the ones on some of the rinky dink boards I have been invited to. I shall have learned my lesson by now I hope and not repeat any negativity. I shall also avow to disassociate myself from those negative boards and not allow them to take me down.

I now see why the folks here are busy and I cannot expect country deameanor from city folks as well and nothing wrong with that. I just never imagined being in the mongst of such a group of suscessful and wealthy peoples. Being an old hillbilly hatter that makes hats for the wealthy folks of the world has never more than allowed me a peak into thier lives.

This is inspiring and makes me to reconsider my options in life and where I am going.

Thanks to all

Charlie

Blessed is the lightest term that could be used here. My life is verisimilitude of the Apolstolic baptism of the holy spirit on the day of Pentecost with out the religious implications. I am simply ecstatic to love the work we do and be so successful in doing it. I guess I feel like :superman: to have found this superwoman. ( Her screen name on the SBS) !

I would like to share my glee with the folks that made this positive experience possible and the literally 100's of calls and emails we have gotten due to the listing or mention of that mansion house and property on this forum.

I am sure the man that owns it will want to share some of the proceeds of the sale to support this board more.

Thanks again to all and keep the offers coming in till we get one that works.

Hats off to you guys.
