@Maria Bocanegra Would you post the link to the supreme court ruling on bankruptcy? That certainly puts a new risk on this investment.
Also interested in anyone's experience at the sale. I'm trying to digest the process. It seems a bit difficult to provide upfront 150% collateral for what you buy and then cannot use the collateral to pay for purchased liens.

Could you share how you found the state lien? I have heard that government liens do not get wiped out.
