@Erica Rodriguez and the comments in that article are very insightful, too.  Thanks @Jeff Burdick for posting it.  My take on IL is that short term prospects look good for most areas (flips, etc.) but long term prospects (buy and hold) perhaps not so good.

@Jerry K. Great info and insight into bidder strategy.  Seeing that they made many 0% bids and won very few, what is the process for award when multiple bidders bid the same %?

@Ned Carey What characteristics of a property do you feel give you higher odds you may be able to acquire them?

@Judi Smith  Would you describe what you saw happening when you went and watched last year?  Was it online last year or in-person bidding?
