The Government is 100% against the investor right now, but there will always be a way, we will always find a way, and these deals will happen!

I am usually up by 8:00am and start working around 10:00am est. I also keep my phone on until about Midnight est, and can work as late as 3:00am on the computer.

Since I love what I do, it does not really seem like I work all that much.

It all comes down to passion!

I have been away for a while, but am back locked and loaded with opinion! :D

I LOVE this billboard!

A positive attitude can take us a long way!

- If someone lost a marriage, then the recession did them a HUGE favor! The relationship was probably not real, authentic, and/or strong in the first place. Money is important, but remember that old saying "For better or for worse"? It is sad that kids get caught in the middle of this, but somewhere along the way, we as Americans have been taught to shun responsibility. My wife and I have had a TON of rough patches, but we love each other, work hard to fix problems, and understand we have two children who depend on us. Divorce is for the weak, and the lazy! You make a commitment, then quadruple it by having a child, you should fight hard to keep that commitment. Period!

- People get rich in up economies, but people find ways to create wealth in down economies. One thing life has taught me is this: When money comes easy, it is not respected.

- If a person lost a house, job, or business, then the time has come to pull up by the bootstraps! I know this is tough talk, but life is cruel and hard. So we just need to deal with it and move forward!

The current government wants you to fail. If we stay down, feel hopeless, and just give up...then the government can come in like a knight in shining armor and GIVE us the handouts we need.

Many of my peers do not believe that Socialism is happening? Yet, the government controls the banks, appraisals, General Motors, and soon health care. The time has come to WAKE UP!

If you want to see the greatest marketing campaign of all time, watch the government and media very closely. Then watch how your friends, family, and peers react to it all. The current health care bill is all a sham. They will fight, create an environment that they are all working in our best interest, eventually come together, get the mass public on their side through a great marketing campaign, and then we will all be SOLD!

When the economy is down, people are weak. The strong take market share from others. Politics and business work in the same fashion.

The American public actually believes we can print money and spend our way out of this recession? It was a GREAT sales pitch. Nobody even read the stimulus bill, yet the American people were not outraged by that fact! Why? When people feel desperate, they are easily sold.

My advice is to keep our eyes open, our heads down, and make sure our voice is heard! Fight against Socialism and start fighting for what I am calling LOCALISM.

What is my definition of Localism?

An environment where we help each other, getting back to real community. A way to help your neighbor in need, not because the government says so, but because you want to! If we all stop being so self-absorbed and start really caring about one another, the recession would crumble faster, relationships would be much stronger, and the quality of life would improve ten-fold.

Am I living in a dream world? Maybe, but I have a lot of faith in humanity, our principals, and the American people. So if that is crazy, then so be it!

Hey Josh, how is that for coming back with a vengeance!

Stay positive. Stay Motivated.

I see that my BP blog is confusing people! LOL That is good, because you will probably never meet another real estate investor/Broker like me!

It is awesome to hear that feedback, and I can make my blog here on BP become much more real estate based if that is what the BP nation wants to see!

That said, real estate is not all about just "The Deals". It is also about mindset, education, passion, ethics, and caring about the success of others. These are all principals that I have been working hard to share in my blog through authenticity.

With me, what you see is what you get! If you want to make money in the Indianapolis, IN market, I have the power team to make it happen.

My contact info is in my signature & profile. For those ready to work with someone who busts hump to make your portfolios happen, then feel free to contact me anytime!

My phone is on from 9:00am until Midnight (est)

The updates look so much cleaner! I LOVE IT!!!

I think that it will take a little time to get used to, but it seems to flow very well.

I am confident people will enjoy the BP experience much more once they get comfortable with the new look.

10 out of 10 rating!!!!!

Great job Josh!

Our fellow biggerpockets friend, Stacy Dieckman, has been in the hospital, and STILL had somebody call me to keep some business we are doing moving forward.

Now THAT is a guy who works hard and deserves some BP love!

He is doing well, and I just wanted to wish him a quick recovery!
