LOVE IT! Thanks Nick, and thanks to Josh for coming on the show! It was a blast, and am confident he will be on a lot more in the future!

I am working on a big patriotic project for veterans day, so maybe that is why I added the USA! Stay tuned for that as I will need all your help!

Also, on Sept 11th I have a 9/11 survivor coming on the show that has never told her story, but will for the first time, right on GoGladiatorTV. She is also the one I am working with on the Veterans Day project.

If you are looking in Indy, we have had HUGE success in Warren, Lawrence, and Wayne Townships.

I think we have about 4 properties left in current inventory, but have about 3 more under contract right now.

It is annoying, but unfortunately, the strategy works or they all would not continue to do it.

We (GoGladiator Media) are working on some cool things, but have decided to build relationships the good old' fashion way, by "earning" the business!

We might be slower to build, but confident our business will be much more respected!

I just have no desire to be one of "Those" guys!

I have been hammered by "current" landlords on multiple occasions!

Not really. I have been on the brink of bankruptcy more than once since I started working for myself. Since I have passion, a strong work ethic, and believe in my business models, I do not let the challenges get in the way.

The #1 problem people have is that they focus on the money. If you change that and focus on your passion, work hard, and care about people.... the money will take care of itself!

Nothing in life that will make a person substitutable income is easy, regardless of what the seminars and books say....
