I live in Fresno. The Belmont and Fulton area where this property is located is not exactly one of the more desirable areas of the city. I just checked the MLS and it looks like the owner is from out of state (Arizona)

The property has been on the MLS since July of last year.

He originally listed it at $230,000 and dropped the price to $199,000 in December.

Have you seen the property in person? Checked out the neighborhood?

I am also in Fresno and just getting set up to start my REI business. Are you looking to get some more rentals going or are you interested in other types of investing?

I have met several other local investors over the last month or so. Mostly by attending the local REI group meet ups. If you would like to learn more about how others are investing on the Fresno area that might be a good place to start.

@Mehran K. right now I am working on getting my financials in order. Looking to start with some smaller flips and maybe wholesaling if I can find a few. 'deals'. Reading thru J Scott's book on House Flipping.

Searching for some local inexperienced investors to see if I could help them out in some way in exchange for picking their brain. :-)
