@Pra Che I have been trying to use Tellus recently. I have never found out that managing my assets is so easy, saving me a lot of time and energy. The point is that my property has a wide range of publicity, I think it's worth recommending.

Hey guys,

I start renting my property on Tellus and let them post the property for me, but I've got too many potential tenants now. Although tenants will take a screening report, I wonder what I should pay more attention on the applications. I really wanna find the best tenant for my house! Any advice is appreciated!

I've used Zelle for several months but I stopped using it cuz it always has transfer limit which was really annoying. I don't think it works well for rent collection. Now I start using Tellus by other's recommendation and it works well so far.

Hey guys,

I've been accepting rent through venmo and everything was fine for almost six months. Then, the rent payment stopped. I tried everything I could to reach our to my tenants, email, texting, phone call but nothing worked. I served an eviction notice and got a rent payment the next day... for $50. Guys, the rent for my apartment was $2000 per month. Long story short, we went to court. Turns out that because I had accepted their payment, I had to start the eviction all over again. I was furious. The tenants are finally out, thank goodness, but I don’t want to make the same mistake in the future. For those that use property management software, what do you use and does it block partial payments? I can’t help feel like I could have avoided this nightmare if I had been better prepared. Thanks in advance!
