Going to investor meetups and networking. I just got my contracts yesterday and im working out of tampa. PM me as I am looking for a partner and we could help each other out. After all, we are all trying to reach the same goal.

It seems that the finance part of real estate is where I want to go. Should I go to college for finance and at the same time get an internship at a lender?

Thanks for the advice. My biggest issue is lending. I would NEVER think of going into a bank and asking for 350K to fund a multi-family complex.

I have realized that in order to be good in buisness let alone Real Estate. You have to be known.
