How do I inspect the house and determine ARV.

Do I hire a contractor to look at the house with me?

Thanks BP.

It seems that the finance part of real estate is where I want to go. Should I go to college for finance and at the same time get an internship at a lender?

Would anybody want to point me to the right direction?

Thanks for the advice. My biggest issue is lending. I would NEVER think of going into a bank and asking for 350K to fund a multi-family complex.

Which route would be best to get into the lending side?

I have realized that in order to be good in buisness let alone Real Estate. You have to be known.

So know my name. Short and simple.

21 yeas old. Ambitious. Looking for investors large and small to create a team. Looking for the RIGHT mentorship. Value for value. Not money for value. The money will come.

Thats my introduction and my outro will be the Real estate empire I WILL create. Call me crazy but I call it ambition. Thank you BP.
