I am looking for a blanket for properties in Wisconsin. 4 residential houses valued at about 70k each. 2 have mortgages from credit unions. The other two are on private bridge loans.

Rent over the years has been $625 lower and $675 upper. This was my first investment property.

I found it on the MLS as a HUD foreclosure.

New Windows, Furnaces, Concrete Walkways, Flooring, Electrical. Placing Tenants.

What was the outcome?

I Leveraged multiple properties from washout refi of this property in which was purchased with equity.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I worked with Justin Ippoliti from Shorewest Realtors. My Refinance lender was Educators Credit Union of WI
