Hey i was wondering if any pheonix Arizona market would be willing to meet? Im here til Monday night at 9pm. Im looking to invest here but i am still confused on the conditions of this market.

Question ! How much would it roughly cost to build a multi unit building with two commercial storefront and 4-6 open concept 2 bed1bath apts. Im in Milwaukee Wisconsin!

Hey @Chris Rodriguez just noticed your reply . Im looking to build in Milwaukee wi . I have 3 lots currently and the city sells them for $1 . Both my lots are minutes from the fiserv forum Milwaukee bucks arena. I was thinking of building and selling as new construction for profit close to downtown. It would be great if you could offer any advice its tough finding investors who actually completed their build 

@Ashley Hamilton nice ive been thinking about trying detroit out im sure opportunities are limited now though . I invest in Milwaukee wi i feel like its a similar market

@Caleb Jordan understood. I just dont want this long term hold to effect what I have going on personally as far as credit. I dont mind paying higher interest as it is written off anyway. Im only 27 so i got time to hold it . 40-60k i can potentially pull out . Good rent rates and good neighborhood 

@Caleb Jordan have you used any hard money lenders ?
