HI BP!

I am 25 years old, a graduate from Cal State Long Beach. I am looking to get started in the real estate investing game here in California. I have no background in real estate. 

I have worked in local government for many years and I am currently working in Marketing in LA. My goals in real estate is to support the things that I love to do, which include being outdoors, fixing up my 1971 VW Bus,working in theatre/film and traveling. 

I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets when I started researching more about real estate investing. From there I've been listening to the podcasts, along with attending as many webinars as I could. I am looking to learn about house hacking, out of state investing and how to invest in High Cost of Living areas.
