Discussing and teaching the 52 Millionaire Wealth Principles started as a way to help me reach my goal of creating 100 Millionaires. I was already running a weekly training for real estate investors teaching marketing strategies for wholesalers but realized that wholesaling was never going to help my students attain financial freedom on it's own.
I needed a new tactic. A class or a training that would keep them engaged weekly with activities they could put into action each week while stacking the habits of a millionaire. I knew that if I could just find a way to keep my students engaged for a full year their chances to find financial freedom would rise with every week they absorbed the information and stayed in the group for accountability.
There are 52 weeks in a year and trying to break down all of the wealth principles into smaller chunks like top 5 or 10 ten is like saying do you want a roof or a foundation. You need ALL of the components to make a house a good investment and the 52 wealth principles include the smaller lesser known principles as well as all of the "Heavy Hitters".
This is a thought universe and so it makes sense to start your millionaire journey with your thoughts! "What we think about, we bring about". It is the common theme of the "Law Of Attraction" which can sound pretty out there until you start applying it to your world.
For now lets just assume that this principle of "thinking" your way to riches is real and it works. How do you do it, Where do you start and How long does it take? These are great questions and ones I hope to be able to answer for you.

@Shafi Noss I agree with you. In the building it really is all about getting your “Net-Worth” up buy acquiring some solid appreciation plays that may not cashflow $10k per month but as long as you can support them during their growth phase you can cash out and reinvest in more cashflow friendly properties or investment vehicles.

@Rohit Verma you got it right man. This strategy only works if you are patient and have a strong network to find deals through and to raise capital from.
If you’ve never done a real estate deal then you can take a few years to build up to the confidence and network level to this kind of deal.
The idea is that once you are the right person you can execute within a year, but the journey to get there will be different for every investor.
It’s just the easiest strategy I can think of and it’s what has worked for me.
When I started in 2012 I wasn’t doing deals like this either, but after 8 years in the game, I don’t have the patience to do more than 1 good solid deal per year.
Some people like doing a ton of deals and other like to do a few solid rare deals. There is no right way to get there and it’s not a race.
You should only tackle a project you know you can confidently handle and never raise capital until you’ve done a deal with your own money and understand the up and down sides to a deal.

@Matt Jennissen this won't get a lot of votes, but invest $1,000,000 at 12% tomorrow and you've got $10k per month.
If you don't have the $1,000,000 worth of investment capital then the following is the fastest path and is something I have done recently in this market:
Find a portfolio or building that is worth $3,400,000 and get it under agreement for $2,000,000.
Raise all the down payment capital via private money OR have the seller carry a 10%-20% note and finance the rest with a traditional mortgage.
Spend the next year managing the property well, raising rents and keeping the expenses low for prep to sell the property at or above the $3,400,000 ARV.
if everything works well you will have it sold in a year and YOU can either hold $1,400,000 worth of paper on the sale by offer partial seller financing OR sell the property, pay the taxes and reinvest the remaining $1,000,000in a 12% interest bearing investment vehicle.
You could also buy 50 units that cashflow $200 per month, but it would involve more management.
Any of these options will work and I've done all of them.
