Is anyone else experiencing a slow down in the Joshua Tree STR market? Is the area becoming over saturated with STRs?

I so hate to do this, but I’m not feeling well today. Given the current environment, I don’t want to take any chances, so I’m not going to make it. I’m so sorry.

Unfortunately, I’m going out of town last minute for work, so I’m unable to meet up this Sunday. I have reserved a table at BJ’s (5037 S Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78411) for 2pm. The table is under “Reed,” but in the comments I put Real Estate Investors. You guys have fun, and we’ll get another one on the books for November. I’d love to get a reoccurring meetup going, like first Sunday of every month? Let me know what days work best for you guys.

@Jordan Graham My fiancé and I are in the process of closing on two duplexes in Corpus Christi. These are our first two in the area, but we plan to continue to invest here. We are buying each duplex for $129,900. All four units are currently rented at $700, which is below market value, but just above the 1% rules.

@Jean Santiago Hi! I have a house in JT. We're living there currently, but Airbnb on the weekends. This summer we are moving and plan to Airbnb full time. It's a great STR market. You aren't paying Cali prices for property either. I bought my house last summer for $238k - 3/2, 1700 sq ft. This month I'm grossing $2150 from just the weekends. My mortgage is $1475. Let me know if I can help.
