I have been using the Tellus superapp. My tenants love it because you can easily send the rent with one tap. There is a feature to run background checks that is completely free. You can also use the app to list your available properties on all of the top rental listing sites.

I also have been using the Tellus superapp. It's like the Venmo of rent collection. My tenants love using it because of how easy it is to send payments. The app also allows you to track expenses so that is another huge plus.

Agreed with others and you should set an open house time for sure. Remember that you should have your own criteria in mind before that open house.

I was experiencing the same thing too. I posted my listing on Zillow and it says it will be syndicated with trulia and other websites, but for some reason, after I posted, it was declined by one of their websites. I just emailed their support to help me out but it wasted me a lot of time on this!

Check Tellus App! I don't have as many properties but I'm managing my rental properties using their app now, including rent collection, financial tracking and maintenance. They also helped me do free screening and I chose my tenants from those screening reports. They create automatic income and expense reports and now I keep everything organized in the app. Every time I want to check something, I can easily find that from my phone.

I would not use Venmo for rent collection since they have transaction limits and also it's hard to track.

There should be no relevance between quality and the person wants to move in soon. You should have your own requirement on move-in date and also have your own criteria on my tenants. Always do screening before you make your decision.

It's a huge task and it may take more than a week to paint the wall. Consider it thoroughly before you make the decision.
