Hi guys i think it's one of the best places to find a potential real estate expert to start a real estate fund together. I'm currently looking for a partner who has a great expertise in real estate (the laws, the process & all the tricks etc). To start together something bigger than just few investments per year but launching a real estate fund together. I'll be taking care of the fund management (all the tricks about funds trust me it's a whole process) and you the real estate part. Please let me know if you are interested we can catch up on a quick call :). My mail is in my profile description.

Quote from @Eric Petersen:

I was at a meet up where someone was talking about Zoomeral. It sounds awesome. And then I realized how many people were talking about all the commissions they were making referring people. Then I realized I didn't actually talk to anyone that had the line of credit open . . .

I don't have all the answers guys. I don't know if this product is good or not. What I do know is there seems to be a lot more people pushing the affiliate links that there are actually using the product.

I do know any positive review about Zoomeral reads like an infomercial.

And I do know most of the people I trust in this market have told me if it is legit, then it is worth waiting to see if the business model develops into something right. Because right now it seems to come across as kind of weird.

That's my two cents.

Be safe.

HI Eric ! I made some research, i think you will receive the funds but it will taka A LOT of time you have to be REALLY patient (like 1 year of waiting time 9 months if you're lucky). But they are not a scam they give back the deposit if you ask them. I have talked with people who actually are working with them. So if you're in the hurry do not work with them, if you have the risk to be able to wait you can try your luck but they are very expensive and very long for the process.

Hi Emy thank you for your reply so Geico could be a good provider for an umbrella insurance ? I guess it’s extremely well advised to have one for each property I’ll invest in ?

Thank you
