Hi Hui,

I am a real estate broker (the YOUNGEST broker in CA!) based in Sacramento... And I host over 100 doors on Airbnb, mostly in Sacramento and Phoenix/Scottsdale.

I have all of the right resources for you. I'd be happy to chat in detail. Yes the regulations in Sacramento city proper are strict, but there are some ancillary areas with fewer restrictions, or you can buy in commercial zones for almost no restriction...
