I have 20 plus years experience in sales. I am tired of starting all over ever year without building any equity. Looking to break into the local market with Multifamily homes. In addition need to do it part time. I really only have nights and Sundays to work it. Also in this day an age I am thinking this can be done remotely buying and holding property in other states. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone. I'm excited to join the BiggerPockets family. I have my LLC (with my business partner) and we are looking to invest in properties to rent to Section 8. Any information/advice is appreciated and also how to properly set up our company, how to eventually scale our portfolio and looking to learn more about funding and DSCR loan. I listen to the Bigger podcast. I'm currently reading The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and have the following books to read: The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and Section 8 Bible.

Looking for good place for rental properties 

Hello! I'm a new out-of-state investor excited to get into the Cleveland market. I've read multiple bigger pockets books and have been part of a RE mastermind discussion group, so I feel I have a lot of theoretical knowledge, but I'm eager to apply that and truly learn from actual experience. I also have plenty of capital prepared for my first investment!

My biggest hurdle right now is in understanding the Cleveland market. Knowing which neighborhoods are better to invest in than others and developing a sense for what to expect investing here.

RE agent, I currently reside in IL and interested in potentially investing in the Columbus or Dayton areas. Can anyone provide any insights, best areas to invest and PM.

Is Columbus a good market for investing? I heard the Uber business was really starting to boom over there.
