Outstanding information. Thank you. I think you meant 2-17.

Interesting suggestion. I went with it and let me tell you—it definitely resulted in more traction on Zillow. My house went from 219 views yesterday to 695 views today so far and it's not even 12pm yet. It jumped from the #8 spot out of 20 "Top Listings" in my area to the #1 spot. Definitely a positive reaction. Thanks!

I also plan to add better exterior shots etc. now that the weather is better.

@Nicole Pettis Thanks for your reply. More pictures with fridge and shower glass installed are in the works. Extra blankets are a good idea. Taking over some of my personal things now to fluff it up. Hopefully, my wife won't mind :)

I agree on the TV rearrangement and working with stager. Towel hooks have been hung, as well as chairs put around the fire pit. So, that's good.

@Uriah D. Thanks for your reply. Given that Easter is coming up in ~10 days on April 1st, when do you think I should price drop (if that is the play)?

Good idea with the visuals. Not a bad idea.

@Steve Powers Thanks for your response. I agree that the timing is a bit against me. I start a new demanding job during the first week of April and I was hoping to have it off my hands by then. I like the incentive idea. I was not thinking about this angle.

@Karen Margrave Haha yes, they are actual pics and not renderings. It's good to know they are so real they look fake ;)

@Joel Owens Hi Joel. Yes, but that house is 37% smaller by square foot and 20% smaller by lot size. While I cannot tell the quality of finish or size of front yard/backyard, I'm not convinced that is the most accurate and up to date flip comp. But, then again, I could be wrong being that I can't see photos. I will drive passed it sometime soon.

Michael P. I mentioned in previous comments that the fridge and shower glass have been installed. So we are good there. Same with the missing fan cover above the bathtub. As of now, there are no plans to provide washer/dryer or blinds.
Dylan Vargas are you saying your dump price is selling at a loss equal to what you put in?
@andrew syrios did you look at the listing? There are numerous interior shots
