I know @Andrew S....but I wasn't sure what kind of communication is allowed in the forums. I was basically asking her how I could reach out to her...without actually saying it lol...I'm new here
so I'm still trying to learn how everything works and not break any rules.

Thanks @Dawn Brenengen Okay now I see. And if I found an agent on BP that I wanted to work with, what's the appropriate way to go about it. When I joined, I remember reading something about things you cannot post in the forum and I don't want to break any rules.

Wow!! Great job John...the house is amazing. Looking at your pictures instantly made me want to forget about wholesaling and start rehabbing. Baby steps though. I'll get there one day!!

Awesome...Thanks @Shari Peterson...I appreciate it. Did you use transactional funding to close your side of the deal or did you use your own funds?

I'm working on putting my team in place and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good agent in Raleigh, NC who's investor friendly. I was told I'm going to need one but I'm still not sure why or how we could create a mutually beneficial relationship. Can someone please explain? Just trying to wrap my head around everything so I can completely understand EVERYTHING about the business. Most just teach the basics but reading through this forum, I'm learning there's a lot more to it...IF you wanna do it right...AND I DO!! All feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey Jacquelyn...so do I get the bid before or after the house is under contract? And when you say realtor, is that the same as an agent?
