Hello,
If I have a duplex with a parternership as both tenant in commom amd we both decide to do a 1031 where I buy my own sfh and he buys his own sfh which breaks or parternership. Can we still do a 1031 and each partner goes on there own and do both properties have to be bought at the same time?

Hello,
If a couple has a mortgage to there house and they want to add just add there son, what will happened to the loan do they you need add him to the loan. The son is 21 year old. Or can you just add to the deed of trust without the bank getting involved?

Hello,
If you buy you first rental property with a conventional loan can use the estimated rental income to use that 75% income to.use for the debt to income ratio ratio. Also I have never had landlord experience but I do my primary residence.

How do investors finally pay of there Baloon payment without having to refinance over and over?

But if you refinance everytime then how do you pay off thr loan because you now have a new amount or you when refinance a commercial it isnt for the full amount like residential loan only you refinance for the amount left to pay or I'm wrong?
