So I would deed the property from the trust to the LLC and have the trust manage the LLC or what happens to deed who owns the property?

Can I move an existing rental property under a trust and transfer it to an LLC and have the trust manage the asset from the trust?

Hello,
1. If we had a rental property in a our revocable trust can we move into to our new LLC and will thst still be in the revocable trust?
2. Also, if a rental property is in a LLC and when we are gone how will the rental property go back to the trust to be inherent to our kids?

What if the tenants doesnt live on time because they cant find another place and they pay for another month without doing an extend notice but eventually they just wont leave after the extend month and we decide to evict them would that cause in issue court where the judge will rull in the favor and let them stay longer for letting them stay longer without another month notice or the judge will still rule in my favor and evict them?

We gave the tenant a two month notice for tenant to leave our rental property. There is no rent control in our area. If the tenant doesnt leave the premise what should we do, should I get a lawyer and how soon should I get a lawyer to go to court to evict them. Can I extend there notice for a few more days or will that cause issues when going to court?

Can you have you one of your vacant rental property be used by your son or daughter to living say for a year or two for free without renting to them where they only pay the utilities and after they move out you rent the property again?

If you someone is renting there rental property and recently there tenant moves out and there daughter needs a place to live for a year can they have there daughter live there for a year for free and have her pay the utilities under her name and after 1 year rent the place again?

When you have property manager and in the lease where it says the landlord name does property manager put his company name or they still need to put your name because your the owner?
