Thank you Dave, Since our son moved about a year ago we just updated the condo and the put it up for sale right after that the market took a hit. We're now going to rent it for income. All of our other investments are paid off and we will not be able to get a w2 loan. So, looking at other alternatives to create liquidity through our Properties. Checking the David Greene One Team on Wed.

We fell out again because of the land lease, now looking to make it a rental. Also looking to take a loan out on this paid off unit. Any Ideas?

We were going to sell our La Jolla property, but a land lease is making things harder. Now we're going to rent the unit instead. It's paid off and we would like to get a little liquid. The land lease is now at 29 years. The property at 9737 Keeneland Row La Jolla Ca. Ideas appreciated

I think this is a win for you. Check the going rate and raise your rent with new tenants of your choice.

Went under contract on the first! 25 day escrow and it should be a clean finish. Fingers crossed.

Quote from @Kenneth Donaghy:

I would be interested in running an analysis of need to know what's in the highest demand for that location. I have clients who invest in the SDSU area to students, nearly zero vacancy, because of the demand, proximity to campus and quickly executed turnovers.

Looks like anywhere from 6k to 10k depending .
