I have an office building in Bakersfield on Stockdale HWY. The current management company had a tenant who was selling CBD or whatever , which was supposed to be on the up and up anyway raided and arrest were made. I got a notification from the DA and nothing from management .  Now I have a notice which I responded to from the Bakersfield Building code enforcement about some things done in this unit with no permits again nothing from my management company . We are contacting them, in the meantime I need a contractor to make sure we are not out of code and a locksmith to fix the forced entry the cops made. The building inspector fixed it enough to close it and tag it. Once again nothing from management . I would think they would go and make sure the building was safe and secure after being raided. LOL Any suggestions would be appreciated .

I have a three unit property in Bakersfield on Stockdale Highway. Current management is not doing their best work for me and is costing me income! Please if you have someone who is on their game and knows how it's done please  refer me. LOL

Hello Susan, I'm still looking, but I did reach out to Zeus and I'm waiting to see what they are about. I can keep you posted to what I find. I'm looking more into corporate just because of the 140k update we did on the condo.

Hello Anique,

We still have it up for sale while I go through the rentredi processes I will turn it into a rental while the land lease gets worked out. We know it will get renewed at some point.
