We are going to look at a house in Wheeling,Wv. It's a Fannie Mae homepath property. Looking for the right questions to ask to get as much information on either to flip it if the market allows or rental. Can anyone help with some question to ask the realtor? Thank you. Once I look at it and take pics I will show pics and the info I have to see what everyone thinks if they will help. Thanks in advanced.

Hey Ryan,

I am also from West Virginia, Wheeling to be exact. Are you originally from here and are you down in Huntington still? Or will be staying there? I'm a noob waiting to pull the trigger. Welcome and if you want to talk since it seems not to many people from WV is on here or not to many real estate clubs if at all around.

I am looking at subject to is what my fancy is at this moment, but I am new and haven't done any deals. Looking for something to get as much knowledge as I can with this subject, but seems hard to find or I'm just not smart lol. So I saw a book from Wendy Patton Investing in real estate with lease option and subject to deals. Is this worth a read? Or anything else to read that would be better or anyone that can help. I don't have much savings but starting a new job that makes more money and I'm lost. Any advice? Thanks?

Mehran right now I'm looking probably at buy and hold. With a flip here or there once I get my apprentice finish with the pipefitters. But I'm liking the way subject to sounds like but need more info on do you try to have a buyer lined up or a renter. Not looking to pay the mortgage with no buyer or renter for how long.

Brandon. I have read it and a lot of others so far. They are all great and been a lot of help. Just trying to find exactly what I want. I want to do so much and hard to pick one and then it seems like I don't have enough knowledge for them yet. But like I said subject to is sounding nice to me or a nice duplex or tri.
