Interesting topic, I would say that if the Realtor is focusing on 1st time home buyer, then i guess it's ok . But if you are out there selling investment deal to other people and actually don't ever own any income producing properties, that just doesn't make sense.

What is some advice for buying new appliances for my investment properties? Where do all the pros go to keep cost down for multifamily properties when you need to buy more than one/buy in bulk? Where is the best place to purchase or how do I get the best deal?Initially, I looked at home depot and lowes but I am not sure that is the best deal.

Habitat for humanity is your friends

also try Sear outlet if you are in a rush

sometimes lowes has their onsale as well.

Good luck!

Awesome! I am feeling much comfortable now with septic. seem like i have lot of positive input regarding the the tank. No MUD tax and no water bill seem to beat all the negative of the septic.

thanks! that will cheer me up a bit This is definitely a solid B area. I guess i am just so used to seeing all my houses rent in less than 15 days. This is the 1st house in the entire 3 year doing rental business breaking the 30 days DOM...
