Welcome Diego Corzo! I'm a relatively new investor out in Hawaii, but have been looking for an opportunity to spend a couple months in Austin flipping a property or two.
Good luck with your REI career, sounds like you're on the right path.

Hi Sean Broughton, welcome to BP. I'm in total agreement with you in regards to this site. What an excellent resource! Absolutely invaluable. If I had only had access to something like this 7 years ago... I'm in the same boat as you, willing to do whatever it takes to get into the game.
Hey, btw, I'm digging the name of your hometown, I owe it to my surname to check it out.
Good luck on your journey!

Hey Shaun Carl, welcome to BP! Good call on the sailboat, I plan to do the same. Glad you decided to finally post. I've been reading for a couple months as well, and I finally got the nerve to post my intro today. I am truly looking forward to jumping into REI with both feet.
Good luck on your journey, perhaps I'll see you on the open seas one day!

Welcome, Ben Grise. I do a lot of commuting for my job, too, and I've found that listening to the BP podcasts (sometimes over and over) on my phone while traveling is an excellent way to maximize efficiency, learn on the go, and make my drive much more enjoyable.
Good luck in your endeavors!

Hi Justin Hughes. Cool intro! I'm relatively new to the REI game, as well and finding it somewhat difficult to transition from research to action. They call it "analysis paralysis" here. The good thing is, from everything I read, once you make your first move on a deal (whether you get it or not), the paralysis goes away. You already have a mentor, that's huge!
Good luck on your journey and welcome to BP.

Brian Burke, thank you for the welcome. You may live vicariously through me till you make it out to the islands! In fact, tomorrow I will go surfing and then diving for you. :)

Hi Heidi Rogers! Thanks for the warm welcome. I see that you're out in Newport. My dad lives in Florence (I was born in Springfield). I love the OR coast!
Hey, Mike T.! Yeah, Reno's not a bad place at all (hated it when I moved there in the mid 90's, but it's really changed since then and has definitely grown on me. I believe, we are both alumni (off and on from 2001-2008). Wolf Pack! And you're also into underwater basket weaving... that was my major!

Matt Rosen, got your pm. I am open to collaborate anywhere on the island. I'd like to know what kind of deals you are currently working on and if I'd be able to somehow get involved in any. Looking forward to talking to you!
Aloha, Mitch

Aloha, Brendan! I read your profile, and I couldn't have said it better myself. Financial success is not about the material aspect or the image, but rather the freedom it allows one to live life as one sees fit.
Thank you for the warm welcome.
