Prices have gone crazy over the last 2 years. Prince Rupert has gone up big time in the last year. It's slowing down a bit now. There's a bunch of big projects proposed for the area, a bunch of long terminals in kitimat and Prince Rupert. Terrace is centrally located between the two so whatever happens anywhere terrace is well off. Rentals depending on the area are 1800 to 2200

Not too sure what you mean by the question? There is a proposed lng terminal in Prince Rupert. I don't think it will affect the Prince George market at all. It will be huge for Prince Rupert and Terrace.

Welcome Rajeev. I'm also new to the site but what I've done is gone back a listened to about 30 of the podcasts so far. Lots of information in there. Weather it's the kind of investing you want to do or not. Good luck. Et bienvenue.

Thanks for your input. I'm also originally from Terrace. I've been living and working in Alberta but I'm hoping that real estate can be my way to get back home. I've been thinking the exact same thing about Rupert. If the projects in Kitimat don't go through the economy is going to be dead there again but Rupert still has the potential.
Thanks,
Iaian

Hello all. Just wondering what people think about investing in Kitimat B.C. Or the whole Northwest for that matter.

Hey guys I'm originally from Terrace B.C and love these outside analysis of the area. I think I just have so much hope for the area that I'm letting it cloud my judgement. If either of you have more info on the area I'd love some extra reading material.
