@Darrius i would google divorce attorneys in your local market, Email them introducing your self and how you can add value to their clients in a stressful  emotional time like selling a house in divorce, this will position them to keep you in mind when they need your home buying services Feel free to reach out to me I may have some contacts to help you source these leads....
