@Alan Goetsch

my experience with Connected Investors was shockingly similar to yours Alan. Ill keep my post short because you said everything that needs to be said about Ross and his company. They are a scam and it took quite a bit to cancel my account i created with them and even thought i removed myself from all their email notifications, i still kept getting so much spam and BS from CI, their alleged network of Private lenders to the point that I had to let that email go and switch company names and make a new email address. That is ridiculous!!!

Connected investors is SPAM and a garbage website. stay off it and for the love of god dont sign up and give them your email address, because they will use your email address more than a escort at the Bunny Ranch!!

@Lauryn Meadows

I went to 10X Growth Con 2 last year as it was in my back yard here in Las Vegas. It was great experience and i networked and learned a lot from the guest speakers and from Grant and Elanea as well. The networking alone to expand your business thru contacts that you meet at the conference is worth it!! Everything else, any motivators and techniques you pick up and employ to increase or 10X your life and productivity are a bonus.

On a side note i went last year and i didn't end up doing Cardone University until the black Friday special blow out price that Grant had and i saw the deal and jumped on it. I have to invest in myself first before I invest in anything else. Sales is life and i wanted to take learning the skills and art of sales, negotiating and closing very seriously so i went with the best. I love Cardone U its really a killer online platform and its worth every penny if you ask me. Sales is everything!!!

@Matt Lorenzo

as @Thomas S. said refinance that property on a 30 year and reinvest. I believe leverage is the best tool in your debt tool belt.

@Kyle M. mentioned. Let him know that you buy on either price or terms, you dont get both and neither does the seller for that matter. Say ok you want $350 for the park that's fine but i need much better terms and go hard on the terms or vice versa.

You dont get out of life what you deserve, you get out of life what you negotiate for and real estate is no different.

anyone care to chime in on the pros/cons to putting real estate into a trust versus a LLC?

how about a family trust that is the beneficiary is a manager managed Wyoming LLC which is an anonymous manager listing on Wyoming's SOS.

Lonnie Scruggs was great and the model he pioneered at that time worked wonders. Unfortunately the world of today with such things the Dodd-Frank act have ruined Lonnie's business model.

I read Deals on Wheels and his other books and thought they were great.

I remember after i read deals on wheels i realized how bad i was at math and calculating interest.
