@Jesse Goldberg  excellent advice Jesse. I think ill suit up and hit the streets and rub elbows with some credit unions and banks  I actually just met a guy at my night job that is a underwriter/ lender at a local credit union out here. Ill tap into him to jump start this and see what i can get going.  Thanks man!! If you come out to Vegas PM me and we can get a drink or something

@Dan Barrett Excellent advice Dan,. checked out your site. I see that you recommend Call Rail. I've heard good things about that phone service.

@Sean Dolan

Sean , thanks for the input. great testing on IC and LP alike. Is the test complete? What did you conclude? what variables of measurement did you employ?

@Jeff Filali what other methods are you using in accordance with the SEO and Investor Carrot. I have to revamp my site, im not coder savvy but is this something you did yourseslf? I wonder if i can make my own site and SEO without relying on waiting months and months for a web developer to decide he can devote 2 hours to my little project ya know what I mean.

@Jerry Padilla ok great thank you for the clarification Jerry. So anything for investors 4 doors or less you can lend on. Do you deal in Nevada at all or just locally in NY?

@Melvin List Im 100% on board with that Melvin, Now the real challenge is finding a deal in the my local market right now. Out of State cash buyers are just buying up everything regardless of cap rate and price it seems. At least in the small to large size multifamily that im looking at. So i will stay diligent at it.
