I have been a BP member for a while.... For the online webinars.  Never posted anything - so we never really knew about the MP.

The home is now posted in MP.

Thank you!

Great Idea!  Thanks Scott!

This is out 1st out of state investment and hired a realtor...
Was not quite sure if that was a possibility or how that works with commission if we list the property else where besides what the realtor has done

My husband and I have a property we're looking to sale - quickly.

Currently is performing.  Has a tenant.  Excellent tenant who wants the property.... Not yet ready-

I'd like to know options besides the MLS, Zillow and etc. How can we market to where it matters most.... Investors. Its a performing property therefore the general public is not really as intrested in purchasing, waiting 5 months until the lease is up and then move in-

any ideas?
