Doesn't mean you can't over half my flips have been bought at auction. My experience 80% of properties scheduled for auction get postponed or canceled.

@Zachary McDonough I have not used an investor but i was told to give it a try because its beneficial just on the search for some in Maryland

@Zachary McDonough question! did you use investors when buying your homes?
