Are there any liens that won't fall off back property taxes, age expected updates and repairs zoning flood plain issues the list goes on.  Doesn't mean you can't over half my flips have been bought at auction.  My experience 80% of properties scheduled for auction get postponed or canceled.

@Trent Gumpp question? when you flipped the home did you use a loan or a private investor?

@Zachary McDonough I have not used an investor but i was told to give it a try because its beneficial just on the search for some in Maryland
