@Yvette Valencia the neighborhood is going to play a major factor anywhere investment always research research research.

@Steve S. There's terrible when something like that happens especially if you have a mortgage on it and you have to keep writing checks every month. If you have a real estate company you might want to sit down and have a talk with them. If that doesn't work then maybe it's time to find a new company.

@Sean McLaughlin it's a very tough situation. I would probably compensate them just to keep them happy as long as they've been a good tenant and paying their rent on time. One hand washes the other.

@Season Price in all honesty a good pair of sneakers. I think the best form of marketing to get started is getting out getting your hands dirty knocking on doors. That's the best way to generate good solid leads quickly.

@Drayden Morgan first you need to evaluate if there's any damages to the building. Technically speaking that's what a security deposit covers.

@Mark Rocka putting a property in an LLC has advantages and disadvantages. 1 advantages all your personal assets are protected. One of your disadvantages is if you ever need financing you cannot go conventional.
