A litter bit late I arrived! @Mindy Jensen, so I will check the replay! I am about to become a Systems person (finger cross), so here is a question, where, other than this forum thread, can I find the information about this blab, schedule, replays, etc?

I do have a suggestion for @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner, the podcasts team, I guess you are aware of the tremendous transcendence of all this, I am sure for many years from now, a lot of people will plan their future based in part on your podcasts, just as I am doing, so, right now I am listening to all of them, and some times I feel a litter lost in time, I'll appreciate more time references, I think they are as important as spacial references. 

So All I would like to know is, what was going in the world when the podcasts was recorded!

Welcome to BP David, Way to go! Congratulations for being asking this questions here! I hope more experiences fellows can help you better, on my behalf, I have low experience in REI, Nevertheless I have studied a lot during my life, traveled and lived among different cultures. I like to believe that this experiences will give me some advantages during my seek of sustainable wealth through Real Estate, Truth is I wish I had concentrate my efforts in this world way before.

About Miami, depends on the area, speak Spanish may be useful, I don't know how is the Market according other areas, but still there is some move, the prices are really high, but I have seen some investors finding deals out there.

- good advises, 

- follow up steps, 

- supplementary material with the worksheets and images from audible, 

I will get a paper copy! Very good for new investors. I have to write down my INVESTING CRITERIA definitely, so much work to do.... I am loving it.
