Hello Ana Puig, your plans sounds amazing. Location is very important being close to those springs and rivers can be very helpful. Also considering the nearby cities for both tourism and inhabitants which will influence your occupancy. 

Six cabins sound great but I would advise you to diversify into other structures as well. Utilities can be expansive for projects like these. Zoning and permating might be an issue as well. Appart from that it sounds like you have a very unique property in a great location. I am currently in the process of starting something simular as well with a business partner of mine.
