Dear Alejandro, I hope you are doing well. My name is Ingvar I am 21 years old and currently working on an Airbnb project with my business partner. I would love to have a talk with you to discuss some ideas and see if we can help each other. Hopefully, we can have a Zoom call soon.

Dear James, I love your plan tiny homes are a great option because, in the right area, they are very easy to permit and build equity. I send you a message explaining what I am currently doing I think this might interest you as well. Hopefully, we can talk more soon I would love to hear more about your ideas.

Hello Sean, This sounds like a great plan I believe in projects like these. I have been looking to do something similar with a business partner of mine also in the smokey mountains. Would you like to have a call so we can discuss some ideas? I would love to hear more about your plans and explain what we are working on.

Hello Ana Puig, your plans sounds amazing. Location is very important being close to those springs and rivers can be very helpful. Also considering the nearby cities for both tourism and inhabitants which will influence your occupancy.

Six cabins sound great but I would advise you to diversify into other structures as well. Utilities can be expansive for projects like these. Zoning and permating might be an issue as well. Appart from that it sounds like you have a very unique property in a great location. I am currently in the process of starting something simular as well with a business partner of mine.

I would love to have a Zoom meeting with you to discuss your plan and share some ideas. We have made great process in finding unique affordable structures with high returns. I can send you some more info over email, analysises on costs and expected returns. I think these might interest you. Hope you have a great evening and hopefully we can talk more soon.
