Hello Sabbatino, this sounds great I love that you are trying to invest in real estate as well. I have sent you a connection request with a detailed message. I hope we can talk more soon.

Hello Dylan, I sent you a direct message hopefully we can talk more soon.

Hello everybody, my name is Ingvar. I am a 21-year-old business student and have always been interested in short-term rentals. About a year ago, I stumbled upon the idea of glamping, and I believe it holds a lot of opportunities. I have partnered with somebody in New York who manages multiple Airbnbs and a couple who run an architecture firm. The idea is to get as many people on board who bring value in the form of knowledge or work to grow the business as soon as possible.

We are currently lookinf for land to build our first geodesic dome and want to build different structures like treehouses and tiny homes in the future.  We want to connect with more people interested in a project like this and talk about a potential partnership. Hopefully, we can have a Zoom call soon to share some ideas.

Hey Nicholas, congratulations, you remind me of myself. I am 21 now. I sent you a direct message. Hopefully, we can have a Zoom call soon.

Sounds like a great plan. I send you a message explaining my current process in glamping. Hopefully, we can have a Zoom call soon to discuss some ideas.

Hello Joe this sounds absolotely great. I love the idea of glamping especially with geodesid domes even though they might be hard to permit. I have been working on a simular project with a business partner of mine. I would love to have a zoom call so we can discuss some ideas. Hope we can talk more soon.

Hello Mateo, My name is Ingvar sounds like a great plan. I believe in STR and glamping. I am currently working on a similar project myself. Would you be open to hold a Zoom meeting so we can discuss some ideas?

Hello Robert, Congratulations on your purchase 10 acres and a 1906 farmhouse sounds like a dream. The best way to look at profitability is to analyze the area as well as analyze different types of glamping structures. Your area and location will determine much of your revenue, looking at major cities, demographic, and distance from popular tourist attractions.

as for the structures. There are many different structures that would be great for glamping. Tiny homes and geodesic domes can be very profitable as safari tents often tend to be disappointing. I am currently working on a simular project myself would you be open for a Zoom meeting so we can discuss some ideas? hope we can talk more soon.

Hello Dan, Looks like you have a great plan. I would not advise you to start with Yurts as they are not the most popular glamping structures on Airbnb and can be hard to permit. Many other glamping structures have proven to be more profitable.

Currently, I am working on a glamping project as well with a business partner of mine in New York. We are looking to invest in many different regions. I would love to send you some analysis of costs, revenues, and visualizations explaining what we are currently working at.

Let's have a Zoom meeting to get to know each other and share our visions.

Hello Andy, It depends very much on zoning. Building it on a trailer foundation would probably make things easier. When going for permits as if it's a shed you would likely want to stay under 200 square feet since in most places you would not have to permit your structure. Still, it would have to be acceptable with the county's zoning standards. I have experience building a tiny boathouse and am currently working on a similar structure. I would love to talk some more in a Zoom call so we can share some ideas. Check out the tiny boathouse below.
