@Tim Miller thanks for the thorough run down of ones you’ve tested
Based on your recommendation maybe I’ll try half my rebate on avail and half on innago
Hopefully avail will fix some of the quirks you mentioned, because otherwise it seems like most people have been happy with the platform

@Gary Pilkington looks like I’m gonna give avail a try
I’ll let you know how it goes

Sounds like avail is the go to for medium scale investors like myself- I manage less than 10 properties right now, so I’m gonna give them a try
I’ll report back with my findings
Thanks everyone for the suggestions
And please continue to keep the discussion going- I’m eager to hear other testimonials

@Gary Pilkington
I’ll have to check that one out
I’ve read a bunch of similar threads and I keep hearing people mention Azibo.com and turbo tenant
Are you familiar with either of those?

I had been using cozy.co for collecting tenants rent for years, and was very happy with the platform.
Since their merger with apartments.com I’ve been less than ecstatic with the new platform. Curious if there are any better alternatives for rent collection?
I’ve heard people mention Azibo and turbo tenant - any other suggestions would be much appreciated
Thanks

@Sophia Dai take a look at Hackensack
The city is in a time of revitalization and will continue to grow
Look in and around main st
It has easy access to all major highways and offers an easy commute to NYC
Best of luck

@Jake Hottenrott I agree that waiting for a downturn is not always a sound investing practice. However it does seem that prices have been steadily increasing in most markets, and being that they have surpassed their 2007 peak values is concerning. Also, when the financial pundits start making predictions and the word starts spreading of a recession, it often becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. I know for me, i'll be stocking some cash on the sidelines and preparing as best I can.
