Thanks Sharad! I have tried a few off and on, but makes sense that I try some more and see what I find. I've indeed heard about the 'portfolio lender' being the way to go for my needs.

Hi all
I've been investing in foreclosure properties in Kansas City, MO for some time now - primarily on a flip basis, but am interested to get into some buy-and-holds as well. Key for that to make sense is going to be availability of leverage: since we buy at foreclosure, cash-out is going to be necessary. The other complexity is that, while I am a US citizen with an active US credit file, I currently live overseas in Hong Kong. We do have a local manager based in Kansas City. Significant volume of deals would be possible if I can find the right terms. Would anyone have any advice on this?
Many thanks!
