Is a website a must for a direct mail campaign? What about a call answering service? If so, any recommendations on who to go with? Currently I'm thinking about $1000 to set up a website...$50/m to operate it. $50/m to setup a separate phone line and answering it when I get time. Thanks

Is this just for northlanders?

If I use a realtor to buy a property, am I stuck with them for a period of time or just for the property interested in?

So I'm buying a bank owned house that's occupied. I haven't talked to occupant yet, but if they aren't willing to allow inspector in, how do I get an inspection? This might be a non issue but I'm trying to plan ahead.
