Hi Darashaun, there are typically real estate investor facebook pages filled with local investors in them. If you reach out on there, they should be able to give you recommendations on local contractors. You could also leverage your real estate agents network to get recommendation on contractors!

Hi! I've currently done 3 deals where I've found rather turnkey rental properties on the MLS and funded them with 25% down conventional financing. I would love to hear what methods others are using most to acquire deals and why! Thanks!

CMHA is currently in the process of switching to CGI and is almost impossible to get ahold of. My best advice would be to email/call them everyday to hopefully get a response if you're going to go through the process

I have a duplex in the Columbus area. I have the renters pay electricity, sewer, and trash directly. The water is in my name and I have it billed back to the tenants.
