In the next 4-6 months, I am thinking to build a pool in my primary home in Tampa, Fl.  I have been asking around and the prices are high. 

Any ideas on what to do first? Should I divide/split the work it can be cheaper(digging the hole, electrician, etc)?

any recommendations for good pool builders in the Tampa Bay area?

Hello , I have a house under contract and I am planning to manage it myself. any recommendations on where to find a good sample of lease forms? then I can change it, but I need a good idea before creating one from scracth.
